Demo racquets can be tested for up to 5 business days.

If a string breaks please do not have the racquet re-strung. You will not be charged for labour or cost of string breaks.

Customers will be charged a late fee of $10 per day that a racquet is not returned (subject after the 5 day playtest period).

At the moment we do not have an online registration for reserving demos (wait list). To be added to a list please contact our Customer Service Team.

Demo Credits can only be redeemed for the purchase of a tennis racquet. The Demo Code is only valid for 60 days after the demos are rented.

No there are no discounts for customers that want to buy the demo after a playtest. Customers will be charged the full retail price of the racquet.
