Free Shipping Policy (Canada & USA)

The following conditions and limitations apply:

• The order total must be equal to or greater than $89 before tax.
• Free Shipping is NOT valid for bulky items that have a dimensional weight greater than 4 kg (8 lbs) (i.e. ball hoppers, court equipment, ball machines, stringing machines, tennis ball cases, etc.). The shipping cost for bulky/heavy items can be viewed in the shopping cart.
• Shipments must be within Canada and the 48 Contiguous United States.
• Shipments may take 1-10 business days to arrive dependent on location. Express services are available at an additional cost.
• Limited Time Offer - RacquetGuys reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
