How do I return?
Holiday Return Policy: Orders made in November and December have an extended return period until January 31st.
• Visit our returns center
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
• In person returns accepted at our Markham store
Items that are returnable
• Within 30 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resellable condition in the original packaging with all the tags intact
• Racquets can be returned however, strung racquets will not be refunded the cost of labour or string
Items that are non-refundable
• Gift cards
• Used racquets and paddles
• Undergarments
• Clearance items are not eligible for Refund, Exchange, Store credit or Gift cards
Item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Refund to the original payment method
Can the items be exchanged?
• At the moment we are only allowing returns for a refund. If you need a different size, please return for a refund, and place a new order for the item/size that you need
Are returns free?
Returns are not free. The cost of the prepaid label (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. You can start your return here.
Do You Offer Price Matching?
RacquetGuys 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
To give you peace of mind on purchasing your gear with RacquetGuys, we offer a 30-day Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price on our site or a competitor within 30 days of purchase, we will credit you the difference.
The following conditions and limitations apply:
• To qualify for price matching, you must provide a webpage link to the product on the competitor's site in order for the price match to be considered. A screenshot of the item in your cart with ship-to-info filled would be appreciated as well.genericOnly physical products apply. Services are not included.
• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer of the product/brand in question. Products sold on Amazon, eBay, and other 3rd party seller sites are not always eligible.
• The competitor must have the product in stock and available for sale (including the desired color and size if applicable).
• The competitors "at your door" price including shipping fees, cost of string labour, etc. will be factored in.
• Additional RacquetGuys offers or discount promotions do not apply to price matched items (i.e., half price labour, BOGO deals, Buy two or more, promotional discounts, etc.)
• Send us any items to price match here.
What is Your Free Shipping Policy? (Canada & USA)
• The order total must equal or exceed $99 CAD before tax
• Free Shipping is NOT valid for heavy or bulky items with a dimensional weight greater than 4kg (8lbs) (i.e. ball hoppers, court equipment, ball machines, stringing machines, tennis ball cases, etc.). The shipping cost for bulky/heavy items can be viewed in the shopping cart
• Shipments must be within Canada and the 48 Contiguous United States
• Shipments may take 1-10 business days to arrive, depending on location
• Express services are available at an additional cost
International Shipping
