The RacquetGuys Demo Program is only available for customers to reserve online and pick up at the RacquetGuys’ retail store in Markham, Ontario. The Demo Program is at no charge, with a maximum of 6 racquets per year.

Sign Waiver

Each customer may rent up to 3 demos at a time.
Orders with more than 3 demos on it will be cancelled.
The demo period is for a total of 7 days from when the racquets are ordered.
Currently, online demos are only available for instore pickup.
2 pieces of government issues photo id is required at pickup
Racquets or not returned on time will be subject to a $10 late fee per day that it is late.
Upon racquets being returned to RacquetGuys, the demo fee and any late fees accrued must be paid before taking out other demos or making other purchases
If the racquet is not returned to us, or is returned to us broken due to misuse, the full cost of the racquet will be captured.

Demo racquets can be tested for up to 7 business days.

If a string breaks please do not have the racquet re-strung. You will not be charged for labour or cost of string breaks.

Customers will be charged a late fee of $10 per day that a racquet is not returned (subject after the 7 day playtest period).

At the moment, we do not have an online waiting list. If your desired demo shows "sold out," open the page and wait for the "Notify When Available" button to appear. Click on it, then enter your email to receive a notification when it is available. It does not guarantee your spot in line. Anyone who clicks on this button will receive a notification and go to the first person to reserve it.

No, there are no discounts for customers that want to buy the demo after a playtest. Customers will be charged the full retail price of the racquet.

Demos will be held for 24 hours from when you place the order.

Customers may take up to 3 demos at a time, and a maximum of 6 total per year.
