There is a $15 online demo fee per demo.
You will receive a Demo Promo Code of $15 for each demo rented upon completion of checkout.
Demo Promo Codes will be valid for 60 days from the time the demos are rented.
Each customer may rent up to 3 demos at a time.
Orders with more than 3 demos on it will be cancelled.
Credit card is the only accepted payment method for orders containing demos.
Any order using other payment methods will be cancelled.
Your card will be authorized the full price of a new racquet for each demo rented along with the $15 demo fee.
The demo period is for a total of 5 business days from when the racquets are ordered.
Currently, online demos are only available for instore pickup.
Racquets not returned on time will be subject to a $10 late fee per day that it is late.
Upon racquets being returned to RacquetGuys, the demo fee and any late fees accrued due to late shipment will be captured from the order authorization.
If the racquet is not returned to us, or is returned to us broken due to misuse, the full cost of the racquet will be captured.
