Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return items must be unused with tags on the original packaging.

Racquets must be unused with the original handle plastic unremoved

Strung racquets will not be refunded the labor and cost of string.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. In the online return process, we offer you the opportunity to purchase a prepaid label from us. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.

For International customers, please use your country’s Postal Service and check off the “Returned Goods” box in the customs form.  DO NOT use UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other courier (these will be refused).
