Return items must be unused and have tags on the original packaging.

To qualify for price matching, you must provide a webpage link to the competitor's product and a screenshot of the item in your cart with shipping information filled.

Racquets must be unused with the original handle plastic unremoved.

Strung racquets will not be refunded for the labour and cost of string.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In the online return process, we offer you the opportunity to purchase a prepaid label from us. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.

For International customers, please use your country’s Postal Service and check off the “Returned Goods” box in the customs form. DO NOT use UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other courier (these will be refused).
