Racquet / Paddle Bag Warranty Information

We try our best to keep this information up-to-date. Manufacturers may change their warranty policy details at their own discretion. We apologize if this page does not reflect the most current information.
Bags from all brands (except Salming, 30 days) have a 3-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defect, including but not limited to: faulty zipper(s), torn stitching, and torn straps/handles. There is no warranty on normal or accidental wear and tear or discoloration of the bag.
Warranty Application Process
For all brands, you can initiate the warranty procedure, by emailing info and pictures to info@racquetguys.com with the following:
Identifier
Your order number or name & phone number associated with the order
Damage
The defective or damaged area
Full view
A picture of the entire bag from end to end
Serial
The serial number found on the inside of the bag on a white tag (look at both sides of the tag)
Upon receipt of the photos, RacquetGuys will reply with confirmation within 48 hours, and will forward the pictures along with the invoice to the manufacturer.
Response time from the manufacturer can be 2-10 business days.
- If the manufacturer successfully approves the warranty, a $10 to $15 shipping fee may be required to send a replacement.
- If a replacement is not available, a RacquetGuys online gift card will be supplied for the full purchased value of the successfully warrantied item.
Most brands will accept digital photos as proof of the item's defectiveness.
The serial number either on the hologram or from a scanned QR code (located on the frame).
Larger than 1MB might result in the email not going through.
You can also use a file sharing site links, or split the pictures into various emails.
