$10 rental fee for each demo that can be redeemed later towards the purchase of any adult racquet.

Pickup at the RacquetGuys Markham Store.
Playtest
Test the racquets for up to 7 days.
- Each customer may reserve up to a maximum of 3 demos at a time.
- Orders with more than 3 demos on it will be cancelled.
- Each demo is charged a $10 rental fee that can be used as a credit for purchasing new racquets.
- A maximum of $60 in credits can be used towards the purchase of an adult racquet.
- Accumulated demo credits expire after a period of 60 days.
- The rental period is for a total of 7 days from when the Customer receives the "Ready for Pickup" notification sent to them.
- If the demo is not picked up within 48 hours of when the pickup notification is sent the order will be cancelled.
Demo orders are only available for in-store pickup. - Government provided ID verification must be completed in-store prior to pickup.
- Customers must provide a phone number in the billing address at checkout. Orders without a phone number will be cancelled.
- Demos not returned on time will be subject to a $5 late fee per demo, per day that it is late.
- The full retail value of the demo(s) will be charged if not returned 7 days beyond the specified return date or returned damaged/broken.
- Upon racquets being returned to RacquetGuys, any late fees accrued must be paid before taking out other demos or making other purchases.
- You will not be charged if the strings break. If the racquet is returned strung with different strings, there will be a charge for the cost of the string and labour to restring it.
How many demos can I take at once
Customers may take up to 3 demos at a time
How long can I keep the demo(s) for?
Demo racquets can be playtested for up to 7 days, starting from when the "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent to the customer
Are there late fees?
Customers will be charged a late fee of $5 per day per racquet that is not returned on or before the specified return date
How long will the demos be held after I order them for pickup?
Demos will be held for the entire rental period(7 days) from when the "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent. After the period ends the order will be cancelled
What information do I have to provide in order to borrow demos?
Customers must bring a Government-provided photo ID for in-store verification at pickup. Customers will also be required to sign a waiver detailing the demo rental conditions during pickup
What do I do if the strings break?
If the string breaks please do not have the racquet re-strung. You will not be charged if the strings break. If the racquet is returned strung with different strings, you will be charged for the cost of the string and labour to restring it.
What if I enjoy the demo and want to purchase it?
Sorry, we do not sell our demo racquets or paddles. If you'd like to purchase the demo, it will sell for the current retail price.
Do I get a discount after using a demo?
The $10 rental fee per demo can be redeemed towards the purchase of a new adult racquet or paddle. Credits expire after 60 days and a maximum of $60 of credits can be redeemed at one time.
