Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wait time for racquet restringing is typically 1 to 2 days (varies based on number of racquets in queue to be restrung)

All online orders *excluding orders requiring stringing* will be available for in-store pickup within 24 hours (except on Monday)

  • RACQUET STRINGING & SERVICES

    • Performed by our USRSA Certified Stringers on Gamma electronic stringing machines which are calibrated daily.
    • Racquet stringing: $26.00 labour charge (50% off labour with purchase of a regular price non-sale racquet) + cost of the string.
    • You are welcome to bring your own string or choose in-store from Canada’s widest selection.
    • Same-day stringing service is available whenever possible.
    • Grommet installation: $14.00 + cost of the grommet.
    • Grip enlargement (Full 1/8" Sleeve or Half 1/16" Sleeve): $12.00 for labour charge + $6.95 for sleeve.
    • Grip installation: Free with purchase of grip.
    • Racquet customization (Per Hour): $80.00
    • Racquet spec analysis (Racquet weight/balance/swing weight/stiffness): $5.00/per racquet
    • Tennis ball re-pressurizing services: $0.29/ball (min. 75)

  • DEMO PROGRAM 

    • Demos available for tennis, pickleball, squash, and badminton. Demos are only available for in-store pickup.
    • Up to 3 demos can be borrowed at once.
    • There is a $10 demo rental fee per racquet
    • Demo rental fees can be redeemed as credit on a purchase of a new racquet/paddle.
    • A maximum of $60 worth or credits may be redeemed at once, and must be redeemed within 60 days of rental
    • Demo racquets are due back after 7 days. Each overdue demo will incur a $5 per day late fee.
    • A government provided ID will be required to be checked before completing in-store pickup.
