Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part. For International customers, please use your country’s Postal Service and check off the “Returned Goods” box on the customs form. DO NOT use UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other courier (these will be refused).
Racquets/Paddles must have the plastic on the handle and show no signs of use. Strings and string labour used to string a racquet are not eligible for a refund. Customized racquets/paddles can not be returned.
Shoes must be in brand new condition with no signs of use. Please return the shoes in the original shoe box, and either wrap it in paper or put in another box
Bags, strings, clothing, and accessories must be returned unused with original packaging and labels.
