There is no set warranty period, and each defective product will be handled at a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@racquetguys.com with an explanation of the issue along with some pictures showing the defective item.
Lobster Ball Machines & Accessories Warranty
2-Year Warranty
We proudly offer a 2-year warranty, giving you the peace of mind that has become synonymous with Lobster Sports. Each ball machine is assembled onsite at the Lobster California manufacturing facility. Quality control checks are performed at each step of the assembly process. If your new machine has tennis ball fuzz or your pickle ball wheels looks slightly used, then you know Lobster tested it properly.
The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product that was purchased from an authorized reseller and manufactured for Lobster Sports that can be identified with a Lobster logo affixed to it. Any product purchased from a non-authorized reseller renders the warranty null and void. We may require you to furnish proof of purchase details to verify the warranty.
Ball Machines – two years (not including battery & server wheels)
Battery & Server Wheels - 6 months
Accessories - one year (not including external battery pack which is 6 mo)
Parts (purchased separately) - 6 months
Demo & Reconditioned Models - one year
