In-Store Pick-Up

All products available on the RacquetGuys website are available for purchase and pick-up at our flagship retail store on Victoria Park Ave. in Markham.  No appointment necessary. For Lobster ball or Gamma string machines, please place an order online and select store pick-up. Due to the size and location of these items in our warehouse, it may take 24 to 72 hours for the machine to be ready.  Location, address, and operating hours can be found here

Shipping & Handling Transit Times 

Any Express or Expedited order placed after 9am EST will ship the next day.

For standard shipping, most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days, except for racquets that require stringing or customization. We use FedEx Economy for major cities and surrounding areas, and Canada Post for remote locations and Territories.  Transit time for Canada Post 2-8 business days (depending on nearness to Toronto).

Expedited and Express options are offered in the online checkout at an additional fee.

We also have a same day or next day delivery service offered within the GTA, using a local delivery company.  Delivery time is between 5pm and 10pm.

The following are FedEx transit time estimates by location and are counted in business days (i.e. excluding weekends and holidays). This does not account for delays due to weather, improperly sorted packages at a facility, Covid-19 protocols, busy holiday seasons, etc.

Major Cities in SK, AB, BC:  3-4 Business Days 

Major Cities in MB, ON, QC: 1-3 Business Days

Major Cities in NB, NS, PEI, NFLD:  2-4  Business Days

Shipping Fees for Items Ineligible to the Free Shipping Policy

For items that do not include free shipping, a shipping quote can be provided using the shipping calculator in the cart.  Simply add all the items you wish to purchase, then visit the cart and use the shipping calculator at the bottom.
