Return for Refund
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Most of our products are returnable, unless it indicates "non-returnable in the product page.   The conditions for a return are:

- Holiday Return Policy: Orders made in November and December have an extended return period until January 31st

- Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund if they are brand new in the original packaging.

- Racquets/Paddles must have the plastic on the handle and show no signs of use (i.e. scrapes on bumper guard, ball fluff etc. Racquets/Paddles that have been customized cannot be returned.

- Shoes must not show any sign of use and in brand new condition (i.e. sock fluff, marks and scuffs from use). When returning, feel free to use the box the shoes were shipped in, but wrap it in paper.

- Bags, strings, clothing, and accessories returned with original packaging and labels and the product must be unused.

- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If a return is being made due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs to rectify the situation.
