Heavier and more powerful than the lighter V-Cell 8 racquets, this 315 gram version does everything you expect with added power, plowthrough and stability. While heavier, the Volkl V-Cell 8 (315g) maintains excellent maneuverability from a 7 points head light balance and medium (315) swingweight. V-Cell material in the frame's layup creates a softer but still responsive feel. To improve comfort, Volkl has included its VTEX butt cap which uses polymer to absorb vibrations. Volkl Super Grommets give the racquet head more dynamic power and spin potential by giving your strings more movement in all directions and compliments the open 16x18 string pattern. Players looking for a fast and solid racquet that maintains a softer feel will appreciate the Volkl V-Cell 8 (315g).

Dynamic PCP (Power Control Pattern)
Provides a dense string pattern in the racquet’s sweet spot and ensures that power is controllable. Balls hit outside the sweet spot maintain optimal power thanks to the more open string bed.
V-Cell
The highest grade of cellulose-based black 3D carbon fiber construction currently available. It is manufactured exclusively for Volkl Tennis through an agreement with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany. VCell makes tennis racquets stronger and more resilient reducing both racquet fatigue which leads to breakage and player fatigue which leads to injury.
