Description
The Head Speed Team L tennis racquet is the lightest of the 2022 Speed series making the racquet family more accessible to players of all experience levels. The Head Speed Team L has been refreshed including a new, elegant and asymmetric design with a matte and glossy finish and chrome details. Extremely maneuverable and fast through the air, the Head Speed Team L plays with good plow-through for a racquet in this weight class thanks to its slight head heavy balance. This update features Graphene Inside, an adaptation of Graphene 360+ technology providing great weight distribution and energy return to players. The frame design of the Head Speed Team L includes Auxetic construction. Auxetic creates a more flexible and responsive racquet, providing players with great feedback and solid impact feel.

Technologies
Auxetic
Auxetic constructions show a unique deformation compared to non-Auxetic constructions. Due to their internal properties, Auxetic constructions widen when a “pull” force is applied and contract when squeezed. The bigger the applied force, the bigger the Auxetic reaction.
GRAPHENE INSIDE
Strategically positioned in most of our racquets. Graphene strengthens the frame, provides greater stability and optimizes energy transfer from racquet to ball.
POWER GROMMETS
The enlarged power grommets maximize string movement for increased power. The enlarged power grommets maximize string movement for increased power.
DIRECTIONAL DRILLING
Strategically positioned in most of our racquets. Graphene strengthens the frame, provides greater stability and optimizes energy transfer from racquet to ball.
SPEED PATTERN
Partnerships have large products more connected-to-the-ball feel while better complementing the more modern, vertical swing path. Material increases.
Speed Beam
The aerodynamic cross-section of the Speed beam maximizes swing speed and power.
