Description
The ASTREL series embodies premium performance. With a focus on comfort and easy power, the ASTREL is designed for recreational and doubles players. From the graphite, to the grommets, to the grip, the ASTREL is gentle on the arm without sacrificing power
The Astrel 100 is suited for intermediate players who need a midweight racquet offering a balanced mix of power and control
The Yonex Astrel 100 tennis racquet is designed for players that want light weight power and great spin potential. Light to pick up and easy to swing through your shots thanks to its head light balance. The 16x18 string pattern provides great spin potential and plenty power so you can hit with plenty of depth. The thicker beam width and 100 square inch head size absorb power and redirects. Vibslayer Carbon in the head of the racquet hoop provide a solid and powerful feel through contact compared to other racquets in this weight class. Vibration Dampening Mesh and frame structure mitigate vibrations as well making this a powerful and very comfortable racquet.

New Grommet Shape
An oval-shaped grommet on the upper frame and a trumpet-shaped grommet on the side of the frame allow for greater ball pocketing and string movement.
