Description
Considered to be the most popular and widely used racquet over the last 30+ years, the Babolat Pure Drive 2025 Generation 11 carries on a long line of racquet excellency. The Pure Drive is one of the few racquets that can used by all levels of tennis. Strong beginners can use this with a soft multifilament string, while advanced players can benefit using a spin and control friendly polyester string. Although it is primarily a baseliners racquets, those who like to finish at the net will love the punch on their volleys and the crisp accuracy.
For 2025, Babolat lowered the stiffness which translates to improved comfort, but without compromising the powerful feel that this racquet has been known for. An updated version of the NF2 Tech dampens the throat to smooth out any harsh vibrations. As with most Babolat racquets, the FSI Power tech helps the racquet transfer more ball energy for greater access to effortless power. Lastly, a layup construction called the HTR System, stiffens the goop that enhances power and creates more stability and less wobble on off-center hits.
