As it is written in your description of this product: « Players that want to get a great blend of power and control will appreciate everything RIP Control has to offer, including a comfortable feel. » from anywhere on the court with any strokes. Nice durability too. Maybe one very little drawback : you have (often) to refix in place the center vertical strings after having imparted heavy slice or heavy top spin. It's worth a try !
Spin and elbow
I’ve been using the head rip control for a few years. It’s great for spin and easy on my elbow. I’ve tried a few other strings but I keep coming back to this one.
If you want control, use a poly
IMO it just doesn't provide the level of control one would get with many polys, now that I've made the switch. I would never go back to synthetic like this
