The v9 introduces StabilFeel, a new Blade technology that provides an enhanced, firmer feel that increases stability and creates a more connected-to-the-ball feel. Designed with avid players in mind, this "sharper Blade" is ideal for those seeking to improve their game. An often neglected area of a racquet is the grip/handle. Wilson addresses this by adding Top Grip Taper, which improves the feel of holding the handle on the upper part for 2-handed backhands. The DirectConnect tech is carbon fibers in the handle that extend to the end cap for enhanced feel and torsional stability. Rounding out the line of tech in the racquet is the FortyFive and Parallel Drilling, found in many Wilson racquets over the years
