Bad quality
2 out of 3 balls died in 20 mins from brand new. Only 1 ball kept the similar hardness after 1 hour hitting. 2 balls significantly softened/ flattened and feels completely dead in 20 mins. I was told to get full refund if balls have such issue when talk to customer service over the phone. Went back to racquetguys and the shop pro told me this is how the balls should be, because they are non pressurized. They are flat, but still good because these are training balls. And of course no refund of the opened can. I understand the non pressurized balls feel different, but should keep the same feel/ stiffness for longer time. Fellas, if you are buying training balls, get them from Costco. Don’t waste money on this product.
