Pickleball Paddle Warranty Information

We try our best to keep this information up-to-date. Manufacturers may change their warranty policy details at their own discretion. We apologize if this page does not reflect the most current information.

Most brands have a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on their pickleball paddles.

Warranty Application Process

For all brands, the warranty process can be initiated by sending us pictures. Please email us with the following information and pictures:

Identifier

Your order number or name & phone number associated with the order

Damage

The defective or damaged area

Perimeter

The sides and top of the paddle

Full view

The entire paddle from end to end

WARNING!!!

The warranty is void if the following is present on the paddle:

  • Excessive wear on the tops, sides, and handle/grip end of the paddle.
  • Double breaks/cracks.
  • Clear impact damage.
  • Damage due to excessive heat or cold.
  • Damage due to hitting another player’s paddle.

Upon receipt of the photos, RacquetGuys will reply with confirmation within 48 hours, and will forward the pictures along with the invoice to the manufacturer.

Response time from the manufacturer can be 2-10 business days.

  • If the manufacturer successfully approves the warranty, a $10 to $15 shipping fee may be required to send a replacement.

  • If a replacement is not available, a RacquetGuys online gift card will be supplied for the full purchased value of the successfully warrantied item.

Most brands will accept digital photos as proof of the item's defectiveness.
